Ear surgery
Ear surgery
The otoplasty, is a surgery in which are resolved the deformities of the ear which can be very different from the absence (anotia), poorly developed (microtia), or the projection very noticeable by the absence of the antehelix or helix.
Otoplasty is the most frequent surgery of ears unglued (separated, prominent, cup handle). It is done with an incision behind the ear to reshape the cartilage by helping to maintain the new ear shape in place.
